Location, Location, Location!
Our 750 Square Foot condo is in Evergreens Building 1. One of the most desirable features of our condo is the easy ski in-ski out access to both the new Chairs, #1 Wildflower & #8 Alpen Glow, which means immediate access to either Navajo or Giant Steps. We have a corner unit with access to our deck right on the “Sun Spots” ski run. We are 200’ and 800’ from the lifts.
If you need anything you can easily walk to the ski resort, general store, pizza place, Starbucks coffee stand, ski/bike rental shop, Mexican food and more.
You couldn’t ask for easier parking or loading and unloading. NO STAIRS. Just pull up and unload.
We have everything you may need for a weekend or a week-long vacation year round. Our condo is loaded with amenities making it extremely comfortable for up to six people.
The bedroom hosts a Queen Size bed with 400 thread count sheets, a 20” TV with DVD player, dresser, and single French door out to the deck. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck or the evening beauty as you bbq. If it’s too cold to sit on the deck, open the curtains and watch the skiers go by. In the closet you will find a Queen Size Aero Bed with stand and plenty of pillows and bedding for everybody.
In the kitchen you will find the usual stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a full size crock pot, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster and skillet. Lots of pots and pans as well as plenty of dishes and silverware for any meals you may make. There are basic condiments in the fridge and you can usually find sugar, coffee, tea and hot chocolate from us or previous guest. All you need is one last grocery stop in St George or Cedar City. Our theory is feel free to use what is there and leave anything you think somebody else can use that isn’t perishable. Don’t worry about trash bags, dish soap or dishwasher soap. It’s all there.
Be sure to start your crock pot meal before you leave in the morning. If you get hungry while your skiing, Ski in and grab a meal or snack from your kitchen and ski right back out after your break. Give your crock pot meal a stir when you break for lunch and enjoy your warm meal when you’re done for the day.
Our living room has a comfy sofa with a queen size sleeper. There is also a comfy chair. The 32” flat screen has cable and is great for watching any of the older classic VHS movies in our library or for watching any DVD movie you may bring. If you want a newer release, head down to Apple Annie’s and check out their rentals. There is also a nice stereo with CD player if music is more your style. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace and play some of the board games in the cabinet under the bar. You may want to bring a Duralog or other type of safe fire starter to get the wood we provide started.
Our bathroom is equipped with a Shower/Tub, soft fluffy towels and a nice supply of shampoo, cream rinse, body wash, hand soap and lotion. None of those annoying hotel sample sizes either. This is our vacation home and you are our guests.
Want to relax in the spa or sauna after a day full of outdoor playing? Walk across the parking lot and enjoy the club house. There is also a pool table, ping pong table or foose ball. If you have large groups staying in separate condos, feel free to gather in the large common area with comfy sofas & chairs with kitchenette to play games or visit. If you have laundry needs there is a small laundry room as well.
