Our Reviews

We could go on and on about how wonderful our condo is, but we will let just some of our reviews speak for themselves!

"Perfectly Peaceful Summer Vacation"

My husband, five year old son, and myself headed to Brian head for an eight day stay in early summer. We were thrilled to leave the heat and head up the mountain for a peaceful and quiet start to our summer break. We arrived late at night and were pleased to find it easy to pull our van right up to the condo for the night before getting up in the morning to get settled. Our days were spent playing horse shoes just steps from the condo front door, soaking in the jacuzzi tub each night, and taking long walks to the store to grab snacks and ice cream and hot chocolate on crisp mornings. Every evening we took drives up the 143 to admire the beautiful scenery and try to find as many deer roaming through the grasses as possible. We took several day trips, including ones to Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park to hike. This is a must do if you are in the area! We headed to Cedar City a few times to grocery shop at the Walmart, and this worked out great for us. The condo met all our needs and more. My husband and I had privacy in the comfortable private room, and I enjoyed having my coffee each morning on the back porch as I enjoyed the beautiful views. My son slept on the air mattress in the living room and could get up in the morning on his own to watch cartoons or play quietly before we got up. We brought our Wii and played games after long afternoons of hiking. Several nights we even lit fires and had s'mores! We cooked several big meals and thought the kitchen was well supplied and met all our needs. We even BBQd one night on the little grill they provided. I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo, and we are looking forward to returning not only next summer, but during ski season as well. Don't think twice about renting this condo! We can't wait to see how much more we enjoy our time here when the new fishing pond and walking trails open soon (of which this condo will have a perfect view of from the front window and porch!). Thanks again, for the wonderful time in Brian Head. Cece U., May 2013

"Absolutely Perfect! Thank you!"
My husband and I stayed here for a few days over our Spring Break. He is an expert skier and I am a beginner - the resort was great for both of us! The BEST part about staying here was being able to ski out/ski in! So easy to go back to the condo to eat our hot crock-pot meal before hitting the slopes again. Paradise!! After skiing we went to the clubhouse to use the sauna & hottub (which seemed to be deserted the whole week - it was just us!) At night we cozied up, lit a fire, and watched movies that the owners had on hand. Everything was clean, comfortable, & functional. The owners are SO NICE and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed! They were nice enough to recommend the best places to eat and rent our equipment. We hope to get back again sometime - such a great experience! Paige, March 2013

"Excellent Stay"

The owner of this condo was truly a pleasure to work with. The condo was well appointed, comfortable, and unlike a few other places I've stayed up here, it was not drafty. Its very well insulated and we had to turn the heaters down to their lowest settings so we didn't roast. The location is perfect for either beginner or expert skiers with easy access to both sides of the resort. Since I live in Las Vegas, only 3 hours away, I'll definitely be back on a regular basis. "Snow Lover"

Our family of 4 returned to Brian Head stayed for 4 nights at this condo. (2 adults, 2 teenagers) The condo was clean and comfy. Very important to me. There were plenty of amenities available in the kitchen (which is great because I cook) bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful views, EZ access to the condo. Stopped in Cedar City for food. Made tacos, spaghetti, grilled cheese, soup, and breakfast with all the available pots, pans and utensils. Plenty of hot water for 4 people to take showers within an hour. Stores and restaurants all within a short EZ walk. Dined out one evening at Ceder Breaks Lodge. Very good food and more an upscale restaurant than a cafe or coffee shop. Ski lift immediately outside to the left. Can't get any easier than that. There is no boredom in Brian Head in either in the late summer or winter time. We look forward to our return to the mountain. Thank you very much to the owners. Cecile, December 2012

"Perfect Getaway"

My 4-year-old son and I decided to escape the heat of California and head to Brian Head Resort, Utah, for a relaxing five day vacation. When we arrived at the condo we were pleased to find it clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for us to spread out with his toys and books and games. We loved waking up in the morning and enjoying a home-cooked breakfast and coffee while we watch cartoons or the news before we headed off to explore everything the mountain had to offer. In the evenings we cuddled next to the crackling fire to watch movies and play games. The condo had everything we needed to make us feel at home. We stopped for groceries in Cedar City before heading up the mountain and we were able to easily prepare and serve meals throughout our stay. Brian Head was the perfect spot to escape the heat, and we are already looking forward to a return visit this fall. We cannot wait to return to this same condo and make some more lasting memories! "Wonderful Birthday Weekend"

This was the first time had i visited Brian Head Utah for snowboarding. I was definetly impressed. Loved staying in this condo, right off the path for 2 lifts, a ski shop within walking distance if you forgot anything to keep you warm. Stopped in Cedar City and bought groceries which made it feel more homey after a long day of being in the snow. You can even snowmobile the mountain area with the help of the folks at ThunderMountain sports..Totally a blast!! Tiger, February 2012
